Job Description
Help Management in refining the requirements from technical perspective. Actively participate in High level and Low Level Design. Coding following standard practices for the Enterprise software product like code reviews and unit testing. Follow the SDLC in a multi-site development environment using professional build and configuration management processes. Follow other quality practices in the company. Mentor the junior developers.
Desired Profile
Technical Skills:
-
Java : Strong in Core java , including SWING
- J2EE : Strong in JSP , Servlets, Struts. EJBs,
-
Basic Knowledge of XML; Good experience in OOAD. Knowledge of Design Patterns.

Good knowledge of any RDBMS.
- Software Development Processes
- Good Knowledge of SDLC.

Had worked in Multi-site development environment.
- Product development experience is a definite plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.

Team player. Ability to mentor and lead junior developers. Highly technical and hands on.
- Passion to work for Smaller company and sense of urgency as in startups/small company.

Job Description:
- System level Testing background, Expertise in both functional and system test methodologies. Including stress, performance and usability testing in client-server, web and DB env.
- Experience with test planning and execution, including regression testing, defect tracking and prioritization.
- Experience writing and executing complex automated tests using commercial test tools.
- Experience working with enterprise infrastructure software customers to build and/or integrate production applications
- Experience with SilkTest, Data Modeling
