Job Description:
- System level Testing background, Expertise in both functional and system test methodologies. Including stress, performance and usability testing in client-server, web and DB env.
- Experience with test planning and execution, including regression testing, defect tracking and prioritization.
- Experience writing and executing complex automated tests using commercial test tools.
- Experience working with enterprise infrastructure software customers to build and/or integrate production applications
- Experience with SilkTest, Data Modeling
Desired Profile:

Job Profile:
- Responsible for data
preparation, data analysis, campaign
execution, report building, etc.
- Ability to think in terms of
SQL's declarative and set-oriented
programming; ability to rewrite SQL
queries for better performance or
compliance.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor
various system applications to
ensure capability, functionality and
accuracy of information reported
through both interpretation and
analysis.
- Good understanding of SQL query
performance issues and tuning,
specifically, for parallel
databases.

- Follow the SDLC and Agile
methodologies in a multi-site

Job Requirement:
- Data-warehousing/data modeling
experience with good at writing
nested SQL queries, stored
procedures etc. to do the analysis.
- Experience in data mining with 2
or more data mining tools. e.g. SAS,
SPSS OR used BI tools to do data
mining (not simple reporting).
- Very strong in spreadsheets and
pivot tables.

Business Analyst / Product Manager |
Job Profile:
- This role will be
responsible for delivering one or more
Digital Harbor product(s) to markets
- This role will involve
creating PRDs, MRDs, use cases, storyboards,
product roadmap, presentations, white
papers, and other sales marketing collateral
for Digital Harbor"s Enterprise Applications
in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)
space.
- This role will spend
70% of the time in tactical activities
primarily in product definition, and is not
a Product Marketing or a technical product
management role. The remaining 30% will be
spent in managing product Roadmap, tracking
Product releases, and creating
sales/marketing collaterals
- This role involves
interacting with sales, marketing,
engineering and QA teams within Digital
Harbor and with Digital Harbor customers,
and partners
- This role is
responsible for product delivery commitments
and does not carry any revenue targets
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of
recent experience in Product Management of
Enterprise Applications
- This role requires
prior hands-on experience in understanding
customer needs, defining product roadmap,
product requirements, product specification,
delivering products to sales, marketing, and
customers.
- Business Analysis,
Consulting or pre-sales experience would be
a plus
- Product Management
experience in BPM, Enterprise Portal, BI,
Enterprise Risk Management, Rapid
Application Development applications is
highly desirable.
