Rohit Agarwal is the founding visionary at Digital Harbor and currently serves as CTO and Chairman of the Board. Prior to Digital Harbor, Mr. Agarwal founded Eidea Labs in 1996 to build next-generation software solutions for the U.S. Defense Agencies. Eidea Labs purchased Digital Harbor in 1999 to integrate its groundbreaking interface work into the PiiET Platform. Mr. Agarwal also served as CTO of Photon Research Associates, where he built a team of 30 researchers to work on U.S. Federal Government projects. Originally from Delhi, India, Mr. Agarwal holds Masters degrees in both Physics and Computer Science. His Masters work earned him a NASA grant for doctorate studies at George Mason University. Completing final exams in his first year, he became one of the highest grant earners for the University.

Paul has a 20-year track record of successfully building and leading entrepreneurial businesses. Before founding Norkom in 1998, Paul held senior roles with Capgemini, Amdahl Corporation and System Industries. He is a graduate of Dublin City University, Dublin Institute of Technology and the College of Commerce, Dublin, Ireland.
Paul is also a member of Norkom's nomination committee.
